MW5 High-frequency Series Circular Steel Scrap Lifting Magnets for Crane

Applications:

Circular Steel Scrap Lifting Magnets for Crane Series MW5 is suitable for transferring cast ingots, steel balls and kinds of steel scraps. 

Features:

1. Duty Cycle is 75% with high operation frequency. The working efficiency and operation speed have improved greatly, compared with the standard series.

2. It adopts the control mode of strong excitation (DC-290V/ DC-200V), which can improve the lifting capacity greatly.

3. Large-sized lifting Magnet can adopt the control mode of over excitation (DC-350V/ DC-290V/ DC-200V), which can increase the current speed and play stronger lifting capacity.

Three types for option:

1. Normal temperature type (DC-220V, TD-60%): for lifting normal temperature steel scraps.

2. High frequency type (DC-220V, TD-75%): for lifting normal temperature steel scraps in high frequency uage.

3.High temperature type (DC-220V, TD-60%) : for lifting high temperature steel scraps or lift steel scraps in high temperature environment, such as charging the melting furnace.

Complete set of this equipment: Scrap Lifting Electromagnets (for crane), Rectifying Control Equipment, Cable Reel and Cable Connector.

Note:

Rectifying Control Equipment is rused to ectify the AC power to suitable DC power and control the operation of the Lifting Magnet.

Cable Reel is used to coil the cable automatically for the Lifting Magnet.

Cable Connector is used to connect the cable between Lifting Electromagnet and Cable Reel.
